You can use AirBridge.
AirBridge is free for personal use, free for team use on your own LAN, and free for offline environments. The full terms are below.
What you can do
- Install AirBridge on as many devices as you own or administer.
- Run it inside an office, studio, lab, school, or co-living space without paying anyone.
- Configure your own LAN key (Settings → Encryption → Paste Key) and share it however you want.
- Use the app for commercial work — moving design files at an agency, moving builds in a CI lab, etc.
What you can't do
- Repackage and resell the AirBridge installer or APK without prior written permission.
- Strip the AirBridge brand and ship a rebrand as your own product.
- Reverse-engineer the bundled encryption shared key and publish it as a "default AirBridge key" — that defeats the security model for everyone else who uses the unmodified installer.
The product itself
AirBridge is closed-source. The CLEAR cryptosystem (when enabled) is licensed from a third party. AES-256-GCM (the default and recommended cipher) uses Node's built-in crypto module and the Web Crypto API in the mobile WebView — no separate library license applies.
Warranty
The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Use it at your own risk. We test on real hardware before releasing each version, but we can't guarantee it works on every Windows install or every Android OEM skin. If you hit a bug, write to us and we'll fix it — but no SLA is implied.
Liability
We're not liable for lost files, data leaks caused by misuse of the encryption key, malware your peer device might forward through AirBridge, or downtime. You're sending files on your own network, so the perimeter is yours to defend.
Trademarks
"AirBridge" and the AirBridge mark belong to Diviners Solution. You may reference the product by name in articles, tutorials, and screenshots without permission.
